Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST on business days (Monday through Friday) are typically processed and shipped the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST or on weekends/holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Cold Chain Packaging

Tracking
A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has been shipped. You can track your package using the carrier's website or by contacting our support team.
Shipping Restrictions
At this time, CrestBioLabs ships only within the United States. We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes for expedited and overnight orders. International shipping may be available in the future.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date at support@crestbiolabs.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your order.
