Yes, every batch of every product is independently tested by accredited third-party laboratories. We test for identity, purity, and sterility. Our Certificates of Analysis include HPLC chromatograms and mass spectrometry data confirming molecular identity and purity levels.

Lyophilized (freeze-dried) peptides should be stored at -20°C or below in a desiccated environment. Reconstituted peptides should be stored at 2-8°C and used within a reasonable timeframe. Always protect from light, moisture, and repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

We offer free shipping on all orders over $200 within the United States. Orders placed before 2 PM EST on business days ship the same day. We use insulated packaging with cold packs when required to maintain product integrity during transit via cold chain logistics.

We accept returns on unopened, undamaged products within 30 days of delivery. Due to the sensitive nature of our research compounds, opened items cannot be returned for safety and quality control reasons. Please contact our support team to initiate a return.

Absolutely. Certificates of Analysis are available for every product and every batch. You can request a COA by emailing support@crestbiolabs.com with your product name and batch/lot number. COAs include HPLC purity data and mass spectrometry confirmation.
