Return Policy

Return Eligibility

We accept returns on unopened, undamaged products within 30 days of delivery. Products must be in their original, sealed packaging to be eligible for a return.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of research compounds, the following items cannot be returned:

• ✕Opened or reconstituted products
• ✕Products that have been stored improperly
• ✕Products purchased more than 30 days ago
• ✕Custom or special-order items

How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at support@crestbiolabs.com with the following information:

• •Order number
• •Product name and quantity
• •Reason for return

Our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Defective Products

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us immediately at support@crestbiolabs.com. We will arrange a free return shipping label and send a replacement at no additional cost.
